Aviation gourmet anytime at Red Chamber

In-flight foods are normally seen as boring and tasteless, but some airlines, such as Dragonair, do provide better food than others. Dragonair passengers probably remember their signature Haagen-Dazs ice cream but may not be aware that the flight company has been working with five-star hotels for years to improve the dining experience.

The airline's latest menu is a teamwork with Red Chamber, the Chinese restaurant at China World Summit Wing, which is well-known for its roasted Peking duck. Served on a rotational basis, more than 30 dishes created by the restaurant, including appetizers, soups and main courses, will be offered to customers on first, business and economy classes until May 2017.

You can now get a taste of the food for all classes without boarding a plane, at Red Chamber. The in-flight set menu for two is available to purchase from the food app ENJOY and is priced at 488 yuan plus fees.
