The Westin Beijing Chaoyang joined hands with Meat and Livestock Australia for a two-week Aussie flavor brunch from Oct 16.

Guests will enjoy a wide selection of beef from Australia and the brunch features a variety of Australia style dishes — both cold and hot — Westin's signature Super Foods corner and mouthwatering desserts.

Courses feature beef carpaccio with extra-virgin olive oil balsamic creme, roasted butternut pumpkin soup, rump pillow salad, wild spinach, blue cheese, beef pocket steak caramelized with chili sambal and asparagus, refried beef oyster blade, double cooked Asian style tapas, and lamingtons filled with rosella and vanilla cream.

The idea is to make Chinese customers see that all parts of Aussie cattle are valuable and can be used for cooking various dishes, says an officer from the meat association.
