Morton's seasonal fall menu features a sensuous layer of prime steak tartare on a lightly toasted baguette, with a little pickled red onion, Dijon mustard and tart comichons. The seasoned raw beef is a rich, buttery starter that leads to courses like American wagyu ribeye steak, Hen-of-the-Woods mushrooms and blue-cheese mashed potatoes with bacon. Available at all Morton's of Chicago restaurants in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong.
