Chef Fabio Strammiello may be born and raised in Italy, but his career has taken him around the globe, from Italy's three-Michelin starred Le Calandre restaurant to London's Apsley's, to a trio of Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen: Geranium, Noma and Marchal.

At Marchal, he worked with several members of the team now at Beijing's Danish restaurant the Georg, including general manager Stefano Censi, who has brought Strammiello to China this month for two nights of a collaboration dinner on Dec 16 and 17.

Each evening's original seven-course dinner menu begins with a trio of snacks alongside a glass of Champagne Devaux. Price per person is 888 yuan ($128) (which includes the glass of champagne) and an optional wine pairing for 688 yuan. Limited seating available between 6 and 10 pm; advance booking recommended.
