Pink sparkling sake at Mai

You have had sake in a jar here and there, but what about chilled pink sake with bubbles in a glass? The Westin Beijing Chaoyang teams up with Japanese's famous sake brand Niwa no Uguisu to bring some of the most unusual sakes to Chinese patrons through March and April during dinner time. An eight-course menu, including five sakes (588 yuan), will definitely expand your sake vocabulary. As you enjoy the sashimi, sushi and teppanyaki, you will also be introduced to sake culture by the brand's Japanese brewer Tetsuo Yamaguchi.
