President Hu Jintao arrived in HK on Friday to take part in the 15th anniversary celebrations of HK's return to the motherland and oversee the inauguration of the 4th-term HKSAR government. He was greeted at the airport by Chief Executive Donald Tsang, CE-Elect Leung Chun-ying and other senior officials and people from various circles. President Hu made an inspection of the People's Liberation Army HK Garrison and held talks with CE Donald Tsang before attending a family dinner hosted by Tsang.
