Summer Dessert
Cafe at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong at Sha Tin presents Summer Dessert Fiesta from now until 31 August 2012, introducing a variety of cooling desserts made with seasonal tropical fruits. They will be available with lunch and dinner buffets. All summer desserts burst with the flavours of the season using exotic tropical fruits. One dessert, Topical Sherry Trifle, well known as the "English Pudding", demonstrates the perfect combination of full-bodied sweet sherry, airy sponge cake and delicately sweet kiwis and berries. The refreshing Lemon Chiffon Pie is supremely light and has a zesty lemon flavour. Other desserts include Lychee and Pineapple Yogurt Cake, Ice Cream Sandwich, Chilled Puff, Ice Kacang. Summer Delights
Michelin-starred Executive Chinese Chef Leung Fai Hung of the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong presents a summer delicacies menu featuring blossoming flowers, tea leaves and seasonal fruits. Chef Leung designed the menu with carefully selected Chinese tea leaves such as jasmine and oolong; aromatic edible flowers including chrysanthemum, sunflower, lotus and night flower. The menu also features seasonal fruits such as green mango, kiwi fruit and avocado. The summer delights include stir-fried prawns in kiwi sauce, roasted sliced chicken with orange peels, rose sauce and cucumber, and other creations. Available from July 1 to August 31. Dynasty Mooncakes

Drink 'The 15th'
From 29 June to the end of this year, diners can try the commemorative drink, 'The 15th' (HK$65) at the glass-roofed restaurant, Tai O Lookout, at the Tai O Heritage Hotel and enjoy the panoramic view of South China Sea. Featuring a mix of Tai O's specialty Mountain Begonia and Shaoxing Huadiao Rice Wine in the auspicious and iconic colour of red, the drink not only gives a refreshing flavour but also conveys the pleasing celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return to China.
