Workers pile up national flags of African countries in the Beijing Jing Gong Red Flag Plant October 30. The plant has produced 1,600 national flags in preparation for the Beijing Summit and Ministerial Conference of Forum on China-Afica Cooperation (FOCAC) which is due to be held on November 3-5, 2006.
