Temasek Holdings Pte, Singapore's state investment company, invested $35 million in Chinese video website Tudou.com, according to an e-mailed statement from the Shanghai-based company.

Tudou raised $50 million in the company's so-called series E funding round, according to the statement. In addition to Temasek, the company also raised $15 million in the round from existing shareholders, Tudou said.
