General Motors (GM), the biggest foreign automaker in China, expects domestic sales to hit 2.3 million units this year, Kevin Wale, president and managing director of GM China, said on Sunday.
Sales for GM and its joint ventures in China increased 15 percent year-on-year to 208,353 in September. China accounts for more than 25 percent of GM's total sales, and this is likely to reach 40 percent in the future, Wale said.
