BEIJING - China's State Council, or the Cabinet, announced on Thursday that it has approved a pilot program to integrate services provided by telephone companies, Internet service providers and cable television networks.
Cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Harbin, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Qingdao, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Mianyang and regions around central Hunan province's three booming cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, are approved to conduct the pilot program.
