Born in Germany, Bosse started his 20-year hospitality career in Germany with Kempinski Hotel Airport, M��nchen. Since then, he has held management positions with different Kempinski hotels including those in M��nchen, Budapest and Turkey.

In 2005, Bosse was appointed hotel manager at Kempinski Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. Prior to his move to China, he served as the manager of Hotel Indonesia, Kempinski Jakarta from 2011.
