The Terra Cotta Army, unearthed in Xi'an by local farmers in 1974, is a form of funerary art buried along with the First Emperor some two-thousand years ago.

The exhibition also features eight life-sized armored generals and two terra cotta horses. From Toronto, the army marches on to Montreal, Victoria, and Calgary.

In all, the exhibition will last six months.
