Reverso watch exhibition celebrates changing times
This year marks the 80th anniversary of Reverso, one of Jaeger-LeCoultre's most iconic products. In celebration, a series of Reverso antique watches, classic and new, will be exhibited in a six-city tour of China.
The rarely seen models include the original 1931 Reverso men's and women's models.
Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched a personalized watch especially for the China tour: the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin, with a dragon engraved on the back.
The mascot of traditional Chinese culture represents heaven and earth, and the essence of all things. This represents good luck for people who wear the watch, the company says.
The Shanghai exhibition will run from Nov 11 until Nov 20.
