Ingredients

Bean curd 400g

Minced pork 100g

Garlic bolt 50g

Bean sauce 25g

Minced pickled chili 25g

Pepper powder 25g

Chili powder 10g

Minced ginger and garlic 25g

Starch 8g

Chicken powder 5g

Method

1.Cut the bean curd into small cube, add some salt and soy sauce in the pot with water to boil, get it out when it is cooked.

2.Stir-fry the minced pork with minced ginger and garlic, bean sauce, minced pickled chili and chili powder for a while, and add some fresh soup in.

3.Put the boiled bean curd in soup with some chicken powder, after several minutes, add the starch and garlic bolt in, and get it out into dish, scatter the pepper powder on the cuisine.
