The 3rd University Associations Leaders Forum, sponsored by the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), kicked off at Chengxin Hall on December 1, 2013. The participants included more than 70 associations from about 20 universities.

At the beginning of the meeting, Lin Liu, the vice president of the Youth League Committee of UIBE, delivered a speech. During the speech, Liu pointed out that the 3rd University Associations Leaders Forum was aimed at building a sharing platform for universities.

She hoped that the forum would be able to pass along the development of culture, and make further use of university resources and build effective communication platforms.

The forum was divided into four parts which included how to keep in touch with all the different university clubs, how to strengthen their inner construction, how to enhance their impact on students, and lastly, how to solve the problem of "running clubs blindly" which was aimed at efforts on cooperating and sharing.

After the opening ceremony, UIBE held a banquet for the guests and ended the forum.
