Diners can experience Spanish-style seafood dishes at their best at Fratellifresh, an Italian restaurant in the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel.

Michelin-star chef Fernando Sainz de la Maza will present some typical Spanish delicacies during a Spanish food festival from May 13-18. The event is sponsored by the Spanish Embassy Tourism Section, Joselito Ham, Carabana Olive Oil, Torres Wine and Qatar Airways.

Seafood dishes the chef will prepare include lobster salmorejo with olive oil, lobster ravioli, roasted sea bass and pork cheek stew with prawns. A seven-course menu with wine costs 888 yuan ($143) per head. There are still vacancies at the restaurant on May 15 and 17, according to the hotel.
