Jamie's Italian opening soon

Chef and food activist Jamie Oliver is bringing Jamie's Italian to Hong Kong this summer. Located in the heart of Causeway Bay on Tang Lung Street, Jamie's Italian will provide a causal dining experience for food lovers. Focusing on fresh and easily available ingredients, and bold, simple flavors, Jamie's Italian adopts a truly Italian attitude toward food - passionate, humble and sociable. The menu is based on dishes found throughout Italy, re-created with a "Jamie twist" and prepared with attention to detail, the company says.
