A coffee change-maker in China
His cafe will be decorated in a South American style, serving traditional hand-drip coffee for dine-in customers and a modern coffeemaker for take-away drinkers. A chef-designed food menu will offer sandwiches, breakfasts and salads.
"My dream is to invite people to come in and feel my passion for coffee, which should be tasted like wine with different layers and flavors for your nose, tongue and heart," Martin says.
In his coffee shop, Martin will only sell coffee beans chosen, imported and roasted himself, turning the shop into something of a showroom for his coffee products.
His online shop, Cambio Coffee, which has excellent information on coffee, is currently being upgraded.
The website will offer suggestions on flavors and give basic background knowledge on coffee beans and coffee in general.
It is Martin's goal to help people learn about coffee, not just drink it.
"I am delighted to see more people drinking coffee here but I want to get them more involved to learn about the origins of coffee, how to make the best coffee and taste coffee," Martin says.
