Fitness don'ts

Long-term training with moderate speed or strength. When we talk about body building, a slow and steady manner won't churn out good results. You should make full use of your time. As such, you should raise your training level instead of working out one hour with moderate strength. Try to challenge yourself with a 30-minute intensive program. You can take a pause of 30 to 45 seconds between the two sets. The aim is making 100 percent use of this 30 minutes instead of making 75 percent use of the one hour.

Going to the gym alone. You might have good reasons not to have a companion in the gym: you want enough time to set up your mind, listen to music and feel yourself burning that fat. But sometimes you need a workout buddy to give you the will to complete training, or encouragement to fish the last 500 meters or three more pushes. Having a companion is the most effective way to get motivated in the gym. Imagine your partner complete 50 lunges, would not you be inspired to do 51?

Excessive energy taking after workout. Don't believe the advertised "high-energy food". A low-fat meal can provide the proper calories and protein.
