An Australian supper menu every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night has been extended through the end of August at Chapter restaurant in the Conrad hotel in Beijing. Fresh arugula and tomato salad with poached egg and crispy bacon is followed by a huge selection of grilled meats from Australia, including rib-eye, duck breast, chicken and lamb cutlets. Save room for the quintessential Australian dessert: a fresh fruit pavlova. It's 198 yuan ($32) plus 15-percent service charge, 6 pm-9:30 pm.
