“Flower Street Fair” of Tonghai, Yuxi

Date: March 8 -16, 2009 (12-20^th day of the second month by lunar calendar)

Venue: Tonghai County, Yuxi City

The major activity of “Flower Fair” is a flower show, integrating flowers and birds, painting and calligraphy, lantern fair, performance and industrial arts. The traditional peach and plum blossom miniature landscape of Tonghai, rare Tonghai sword lily, root carving, stone carving and wood carving will also be exhibited during the Flower Fair.
