Peach Cobbler
The cobbler is a classic drink from the 1800s, usually made with liquor,
sugar, and fruit. Instead of sugar, we're using peach nectar to amp up the
fruit, and all-American rye whiskey for flavor, backbone, and character.
Tequila Refresca
A lighter, breezier cousin of the margarita, variants of this drink are
commonly found in Mexico, sometimes with salt added either on the rim or
directly in the glass. Pair with fresh fruit dipped in chili powder, salt, and
sugar.
