The Fifth Session of the National People's Congress is around the corner and Jilin NPC delegates and CPPCC members are busy amending their proposals.

Gao Fei, a Jilin delegate, said "I've been continuously amending and polishing suggestions since I arrived in Beijing." He is working on a suggestion to strike illegal fundraising.

He explained that more and more people are cheated because of illegal fundraising schemes and more advertising regarding how to identify and refuse illegal behaviors and protecting individual rights should be encouraged.

Li Xiulin, an enterprise delegate, said he is more concerned about on further promotion of supply-side structural reform and how to revitalize the Northeast rust belt through the reform.

He suggested that the real economy, particularly the private economy, is a significant force for the development of Jilin's economy and more industries should be encouraged to unite with each other and make contributions to the new round of revitalization.

Allowing private capital to invest in education is a suggestion from Delegate Liu Guifeng. She suggested that private investment can help relieve the national economic burden and pressures and at the same time help promote non-government funded education and innovations of teaching methods.

Suggestions and proposals summarized by the Jilin delegate reflect real concerns of people in Jilin province, through which people's livelihood and Jilin economy will be improved step by step.
