Nine exhibition halls and dozens of negotiation conferences will be set during the 11th China-Northeast Asia Expo held in Changchun, Jilin province, from Sept 1 to 5, announced by the executive committee of the expo on April 27.

According to the committee, the nine exhibition halls, covering 62,400 square meters, are an intelligent manufacturing hall, a financial innovation hall, a food and medicine hall, a culture and tourism hall, a Hong Kong products hall, two product halls dedicated to Taiwan, an international products hall, and an international cooperation hall.

This is the first time the expo has launched an intelligent manufacturing exhibition area and products including artificial intelligent devices, 3D printers, virtual reality equipment, and the new generation of information technology will be on display.

Zhao Qianghua, deputy-director of the executive committee of the expo, explained that this year's expo will concentrate on a wide range of intelligent manufacturing and products such as intelligent mobiles, internet traffic, satellite and unmanned drones, robots and internet of things.

More than twenty business negotiation events and conferences will also be held during the expo and speeches about the Belt and Road Initiative, Northeast Asia cooperation, and international trade will be delivered.
