Dahuangdi Village is 25 kilometers away from downtown Jilin city, and covers 10 million square meters with a population of 3,900.

The village has developed ecological agriculture, organic farming and agricultural tourism to build a module of village-and-enterprise co-existence to promote the income of villagers.

Meanwhile, modern agriculture has been promoted throughout the entire village. Seedling cultivation, transplanting, fertilizing and harvesting are all completed with agricultural machinery, which lowers production costs and improves production output.

To date, the village owns 500 large agricultural machines and has become a pilot unit of online rice sales.

To improve living standards and villagers' happiness, the village has also improved its public service system, including the construction of 30 residences which can hold 924 families.

A village clinic has also been set up by the Jilin City People's Hospital to meet the clinical demand of villagers.

The village is now planning to construct a primary school to improve education level.
