Zhu Qingjun, the president of Kaiji Group, believes Jilin merchants should take advantage of opportunities to do solid work with integrity.

After graduating from Jilin Jianzhu University, Zhu decided to create the Kaiji Group in Jilin province. With the faith of a doer, Zhu led his team to a rapid rise in the construction industry, and became an outstanding representative of Jilin entrepreneurs.

The Jilin Merchants Association was founded in 2016 in Changchun, capital of Jilin province. Zhu was elected as executive chairman. Under the leadership of Zhu, the association achieved great successes within a year.

With the theme of "Gathering in Jilin for a prosperous hometown",the association visited a number of cities cross the province holding Capital-Projects Docking meetings.

In addition, merchants born in Jilin province but living in East and South China were invited to come back and invest in Jilin.

On Nov 2016, Zhang Feng, CEO of the Shenzhen branch of the association, accompanied by Zhu, visited Longjing, Helong and Baishan in Yanbian autonomous prefecture for five days.

Four significant cooperation agreements were signed during the visit. An agreement of intention was achieved between the Longjing government and Shenzhen Dazu Group, and further negotiations began.

Outline agreements on high-efficient photo-voltaic power stations, herbs and edible fungi, and other projects were also signed.

Chang Ji Credit, an Internet-based financial services platform, was set up by the association last year. More than 200 minor enterprises in Jilin province have received financial aid amounting to 800 million yuan ($122.50 million).

"We should do more practical things.The association should integrate its resources and actively participate in promoting local enterprises," Zhu emphasized.
