He urged both sides to deepen their cooperation in science and technology, talents and platforms.
He also urged them to accelerate the construction of projects such as China-Belarus Science and Technology Park and the China-Belarus International Innovation Center.
Both sides should strive for more win-win results, as well as focus on key industries such as modern new automobiles and the aerospace and modern agriculture sectors.
The governor added that the two sides should endeavor to improve their current exchange mechanisms, expand trade, enhance traditional friendships and make more contributions to establishing new, mutually-beneficial cooperation in various fields.
