"On school's summer and winter vacations, many parents at our community can't take care their children the whole day. Our volunteers will take these children to the center and help with their homework and play with them," said An Changjian, the community's Party chief.

"We have more than 20,000 residents in the community. To better respond to everyone's need, we have divided the community into 67 sections, built 18 service stations and set 131 residents as coordinators between the residents and the community. Wherever you live, within 15 minutes of walk, you can always find a serve station," he said.

"Several days ago, my house was leaking due to heavy rains. I told the problem to the coordinator living in the same building with me and he reported it to the community worker. Soon, the staff member sent the maintenance men to my house and fixed the problem," said a resident surnamed Yang.

The city also attaches importance to nusiness service.
