Jilin Jilv Weijing Hotel Management Co, a joint venture co-founded by Jilv Hotel Group and CTG Hotel, was officially launched at a ceremony held in Changchun, Northeast China's Jilin province on May 14, with the aim of strengthening cooperation in the management of Jilv's hotels and increasing their influence.

The launch marked the first cooperation to be reached by Jilin's State-owned hotel group and a central enterprise.

As a frontrunner among State-owned hotels in Jilin province, Jilv Hotel Group has a good reputation in the industry. This cooperation will help to share resources and boost mutual development.

As the only State-owned capital investment platform for tourism in Jilin province, Jilv Holdings was established in August 2016. Its business scope includes foreign investment, hotel management, scenic spot development and operation, tourist car rental, air passenger and cargo transportation, and general aviation services.

Jilv Hotel Group is the largest subsidiary of Jilv Holdings.

Its member hotels include Jilin Province Guosheng Hotel, Jilin Province Yuefu Hotel, Shanghai Jichen Weijing Hotel and Jilin Province Tsinghua Hotel, and they are also entrusted with the management of Jilin Province Tongxin Hotel and Jilin Province Tianxin Hotel.
