Anhui Pavilion takes on new look
2010-05-25
Anhui Pavilion has taken on a new look since it opened to the public over half a month ago. Meanwhile, the two on-screen performances—"Anhui Impression" and "Colorful Cities"—have both been reduced to seven minutes, so visitors needn’t wait long to see their complete content.
The pavilion has been divided into two sections and both use audiovisual technology to show various scenery of Anhui province. Now the ceiling and wall screens in the "Anhui Impression” section have undergone some changes to let more sunshine in to lighten the pavilion after the simulated rainy scene, while the ground screen has had some grass added to make it look more lively.
The most eye-catching change of all is in the "Colorful Cities" section, where Seven Fairies, well-known figures of Chinese folklore, now "fly” into Anhui Pavilion. Singing tuneful Huangmei Opera, they dance on the screen and cast countless flowers to conclude visitors' unforgettable experience in Anhui Pavilion.
