This National Day holiday, scenic spots in Anhui province may not be as crowded as usual. The Anhui Province Tourism Bureau is planning to announce maximum bearing capacities for all A-level scenic spots in Anhui. During the Golden Week, once visitors reach 80 percent of the number, tourists will be diverted and traffic regulations will be instated.

Once the maximum bearing capacities of the 442 A-level scenic spots are announced, the spots will be required to post and publicize the numbers.

A variety of measures will be used to control visitor flow during the National Day holiday. Some popular spots in Anhui, such as Huangshan Mountain, Jiuhua Mountain, Tianzhu Mountain, Wuhu Fantawild Adventure Park and Fuyang Ecology Park, will take measures such as selling tickets in advance and with restrictions, so that total visitor numbers can be closely watched.
