The 2014 National College Entrance Exam ended on Sunday in most part of China (in a few provinces the NCEE will last for one more day). Statistics show that the NCEE has 9.39 million candidates in 2014, which is 270,000, or 3 percent, more than the 2013 figure. In all, there will be 6.98 million new enrollments at China's higher education institutions this year.
