Light rail: Cross Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area
The construction of Yizhuang Light Rail started in 2007 and was completed in 2010. With stations in the four districts of Fengtai, Chaoyang, Daxing and Tongzhou, the 23.8-kilometer Yizhuang Light Rail crosses Beijing's South 5 Ring Road and ends at Yizhuang Railway Station in the eastern part of the district.
The light rail has become an express passenger corridor between Yizhuang'snew town and downtown.

Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway also connects with Yizhuang Economic-Technological Development Area.
