Wang Xiaolan serves as a member of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Committee (CPPCC), the Beijing Municipal People's Congress and is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Time Group. He is also the chairman of Beijing's Non-governmental Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Association and was recognized as one of the top 10 business leaders in Zhongguancun in 2009.
Wang Xiaolan is one of the founders of Time Group and has led them for 24 years. Through years of unremitting efforts, Time Group has become an industry leader with assets worth more than 1 billion yuan ($158.5 million) and with more than 40 branches and two overseas branches.
Time Group's business covers testing instruments, welding equipment, intelligent inverters, distribution automation and application software. It contributes to key processes in the construction of large-scale projects such as the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), National Aquatic Centre (Water Cube), expansion of the capital airport, and the National Grand Theatre.
