A press conference of the 2012 Zhongguancun Science Park HR Salon was held at the Jade Palace Hotel on March 22, 2012.

The series of salons presented public welfare activities supported by the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Science Park and was undertaken by the Zhongguancun HR Managers Association. The intention was to share successful experiences, advance practices in human resources management and to promote exchanges and development.

Centered on the topic of HR policies and corporate talent management, this year's salons invited well-known enterprises, including Sohu.com, Baidu, Tsinghua Tongfang and Lenovo, to hold ten activities. These activities took form through lectures, symposiums and forums on HR management and labor law Q&A sessions.

Government officials were also invited to give their opinions on talent recruitment, senior title accreditation and the job market for overseas returnees.
