Niu Wenwen is the chief editor, president and publisher of Entrepreneur magazine. He is known as an active media worker, journalist and business observer.
He was born in 1966 in Shenmu, Shaanxi Province. Niu received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Renmin University in 1988 and master’s degree in economics from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC in 1991.
After graduation he joined the Economic Daily in 1991 and has been honored with three China News Awards for two successive sessions.
In 1999, he became deputy editor of Chinese Entrepreneur magazine and was promoted to chief editor in 2000. He was responsible for editing magazine content, ranking surveys, and publishing duties as well as handling daily affairs.
He currently holds concurrent posts as the executive director of the editorial committee of the Chinese Entrepreneur series, vice director of the organizing committee of the China Entrepreneur Summit, and judge of the Annual Economic Figures on CCTV.
He is the author of Qualifications of Leaders and other books.
