Luan Runfeng, founder of accurate management, president of Accurate Management Research Institute, chairman and president of Jinher Software (Stock Code: 430024), director of the China-Latin America Friendship Association, member of the Economic Committee of Industrial and Commercial Association of Beijing, MBA tutor at the Guanghua School of Management in Peking University, and MBA corporate tutor at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He wrote the book Accurate Management.
Luan Runfeng founded Jinher Corporation in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, in August 1994 and Beijing Jinher Ren Network Engineering Technology in Beijing in 2000. The two companies merged as Beijing Jinher Software in 2007. In December of the same year, it participated in the Zhongguancun Agency Share Transfer System.
After 16 years of development, Luan Runfeng's Jinher Software has become the largest domestic software manufacturer of collaboration management. The Beijing-headquartered company also established offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Shenzhen.
Jinher Software has nearly 600 employees and more than 200 partners in 34 provinces and cities nationwide. The company has strategically cooperated with dozens of famous enterprises, including Microsoft, IBM, SAP and UFIDA. The collaborations have provided clients with quality services and informationization solutions.
Jinher has realized a rapid growth rate of 200 percent for six successive years.
In 2010, Forbes released the list of China's Top 100 Potential Enterprises; Jinher Software ranked 53.
