Luo Zhuo, Co-Founder and Managing Director of TusPark Ventures

Luo Zhuo is the co-founder, managing director and vice-president of TusPark Ventures. He is responsible for the venture capital business at Tsinghua Science Park (TusPark) and has more than 10 years of experience in the field.

In early 1998, he joined the TusPark Development Center and worked his way up from vice-director of the research lab to vice-director of Tsinghua Business Incubator and eventually to assistant director at the center.

In 2001, he founded TusPark Incubator Ltd and served as the general manager. There, he facilitated investments in over 10 start-ups including Highlander. He did significant work in terms of government relations and seed funding.

In 2007, he became the managing director of TusPark Ventures, where he has helped manage several venture capital funds under TusPark and has invested in over 40 high-tech and high-growth companies.
