Duan Dong is vice–president of 58.com, a website providing free classified information services.

He was formerly the vice-president of the Beijing Honghaier Technology Development Center and HR director of Sina. He was responsible for HR management in many companies, including Carrefour (China), US Concorde Group, Haihong Holdings and World Trade Group.

With rich experiences in HR exploration and administration, he is a well-known manager in China's IT sector and a guest expert in HR programs on CCTV, CETV and Southeast TV.

He also works as a member of the Human Resource Association for Chinese & Foreign Enterprises and is a certified instructor for the American Compensation Association.
