The Zhongguancun Silicon Valley Innovation Center was opened in Santa Clara on May 11, offering a channel for enterprises in Zhongguancun to access world technology and markets and join global innovation through the leading hi-tech hub.

The strategic establishment of the innovation center allows Zhongguancun to merge into the innovative system of Silicon Valley through cross-boundary integration, sharing, and cooperation, thus creating greater value, said Sui Zhenjiang, vice-mayor of Beijing.
