Healthy China program will reach from top levels to individual households in the country's 2016-2020 plan.

President Xi has been paying attention to health issues and delivering important speeches and instructions on different occasions. "Young people shouldn't always burn the midnight oil," was one of them. Here are some others.

National fitness is the foundation and safeguard of public physical strength and health. Public physical health is important connotation in a well-off society and an important foundation for individual growth and happy life. We should carry out the national fitness program and push for comprehensive development of mass and competitive sports.

Without public health, there is no comprehensive well-being Medical and health services matter.
