Measures for handling flight cancellations, changes or delays
According to the Rules of China on the Domestic Civil Air Transport of Passengers and Luggage, in case the flight is cancelled, shifted to an earlier date, delayed, changed or can’t provide scheduled seating, the carrier shall give priority to arranging subsequent flights or endorsing a ticket onto another carrier. If a passenger requests a refund, the originating station shall refund the full fare without charging any refund fees.
