Nanning police break up online fraud

On Dec 9, police in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region mobilized more than 2,000 officers including plain-clothes men, cyber cops, a regimental police dog and an unmanned aerial plane to arrest 109 telecommunication fraud criminal suspects.

From Nov 26 to Dec 9, under the command of the Ministry of Public Security and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Public Security Department, Nanning city carried out a special action to fight telecommunication crimes. A total of 186 criminal suspects were seized and 21 criminal gangs were broken up during the period.
