Internet intellectual property disputes mediation handbook took effect on february 1st

In order to strengthen IP legal protection in the network environment, the Mediation Center of the Internet Society of China (Center) drafted the Internet Intellectual Property Disputes Mediation Handbook (Handbook) with the help of Beijing Higher People's Court and Beijing's people's courts at various levels. The Handbook was released on January 13th and took effect on February 1st. It is available on the Center's website. The Handbook is divided into four parts: (1) the nature and practice of online IP disputes mediation; (2) the mediation managing system; (3) the mechanism of mediations handed over by the courts and (4) mediation standard texts.
