"Australian Made" registered as a trademark in China

By far, "Australian Made" and "Australian Grown" (AMAG) has been registered as trademarks in China. According to Harrison, the responsible person of the Australian Made Organization, the formal registration of AMAG as trademarks will provide necessary legal protection to products whose country of origin is Australia. Therefore, exporters in Australia can make sure that products with such trademarks as well as the trademarks themselves will not be counterfeited. Not long before, the AMAG marks were registered in America. In South Korea, the application is also in progress at present.
