Qingdao seized 'BURBERRY' Counterfeits

Hong Kong Middle Road Market Supervision and Management Office in Qingdao, Shandong Province confiscated nearly a hundred pieces of “BURBERRY” counterfeits including trousers, shirts and T-shirts and penalized the relevant parties for 150,000 RMB in accordance with the laws.

It is reported that the involved parties started to purchase and sell “BURBERRY” labeled cloth at the end of 2013. Appraised by Burberry Group (Shanghai), the trustee of Burberry trademark holder, the seized commodities have claimed infringement of the exclusive right to use the registered trademark “BURBERRY”.
