Yang Qian, Li Gengyang and Li Sirui, three children from Dehong prefecture, were awarded gold medals in the National “Torch Star” Piano Final.

From August 9 to 13, the 7th National “Torch Star” Piano Final, jointly organized by the Department of Culture and other relevant departments, was held in Beijing. About 500 participants from all over the country entered the competition.

This activity is known as a national brand for high-quality education, aiming at promoting arts education for youth, and has been successfully held for 6 years.

“My child has become more confident and outgoing since he began to practice the piano at 4,” said Ms. Yan, mother of Li Gengyang.
