The first Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) program, cooperated by government and enterprises in eastern Fujian province, is under construction in Pingnan county.

The five-year program will build an ecological tourism area in eastern Pingnan with a total investment of 570 million yuan ($92 million), 100 million yuan of which has already been launched.
