Fujian to add 4,200 civil servants

Fujian province will have more than 4,200 civil service jobs open this year, according to a notice by the provincial human resources and social security insurance department issued on March 19.

Candidates can register online at www.fjkl.gov.cn from March 20 to 26. The written examination is set for April 25, with the results out on May 22 and interviews pending, said the notice.

In addition to the usual government agency positions at different levels, the authority will also recruit a certain number of college graduates to fill positions in rural communities or for western China and other poor areas.

There are preferential policies for former soldiers with a junior college degree or higher.
